Need a stand-alone pointing device that’s

built to withstand the rigors of virtually any

tough industrial environment? The stand-alone

trackball and HulaPoint pointing devices

shown at left all meet NEMA 4X specifications.

The removable trackballs on our OIX

4322/4312 models employ optical technology,

so dirt and grime have a very minimal effect

on their performance. The HulaPoint pointing

device in our OIX 4310/4320 models is

formed with silicone rubber, so contam-

ination from dust and dirt is eliminated.

It features three buttons and a digital joypad

with 10° of movement in any direction,

offering full rotational travel and positive

directional positioning. The buttons operate like

those on a 3-button mouse, where the third button

may be set up for double-clicking or drag-locking.

Our new OIX 0302 full-size two-button

optical mouse is built tough: it has a rugged

anti-bacterial, nonporous silicone rubber

shell. As a result, it can withstand the kinds

of rigorous environments that can render

other types of pointing devices useless.

It’s truly water resistant, and can even be

temporarily immersed. Even under water,

it still works.

The OIX 0302 has a thin 6.3' cable that

easily attaches to your PC, either by the USB

connector or the included PS/2 adapter.

Specially sealed with a flexible elastomeric coating, this

dustproof family of keyboards withstands even temporary

immersion in fresh or salt water.

Measuring 15.3"W x 5.7"D x 1.1"H, OIX 6805 keyboards

can be placed on any desk or benchtop, and easily fit in 1U

19-inch rack drawers. Available in light grey (RAL 9002) or

black, the discrete mechanical keys protected by the elastomer

provide excellent feedback for touch typing. These keyboards

come with a mouse button that most mouse users consider

to be easier to use and more intuitive than touchpads.
